BLAIR HERRING
Founder of Birth and Balance OTBlair is a Maternal Health Occupational Therapist, prenatal and postpartum movement specialist, yoga teacher, and mom of three. Through her own journey into motherhood, she experienced firsthand how much women are asked to navigate — physically, emotionally, and mentally — with very little ongoing support.
Motherhood brings a whole new set of daily demands: preparing for birth, feeding, sleep, routines, recovery, identity shifts, and the constant mental load of caring for others. These changes are normal, but that doesn’t make them easy.
Blair’s work focuses on supporting the mother through pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood — helping women feel calmer, more confident, and supported as they move through this transition. Her approach is practical, compassionate, and rooted in occupational therapy, meeting each person where they are and honoring their unique experience.
Her goal is simple: to help you feel empowered in your body, confident in your decisions, and supported in the day-to-day realities of motherhood — so you can Google less at 2am and trust yourself more.
